Six Sentence Sunday #8

August 14, 2011 by Angela

Sorry I missed last week! I was away shopping. I bought about $1500 worth of clothes/footwear/stuff. No I didn’t pay that. Don’t worry i’m not totally Crazy.

So this week I got some awesome BOOK SWAG! for Sometimes It’s Fate ! My book comes out on August 22nd! So here is an excerpt from Sometimes.

*~*

“On Three—One, Two,” Jason said as he pushed off at two and the kids shouted and followed them down the hill on their own sled.  The extra weight tipped the sled about half way down the hill and somehow Jason found himself lying on top of David after the crash.

“Sorry,” he breathed, but didn’t bother to move.

“It’s okay,” David replied, but didn’t move and didn’t motion for Jason to move either. He enjoyed the feeling of Jason’s warm breath on his neck and the fact, at first to his horror then delight, that Jason was hard, and wasn’t doing anything to hide it.

Jason licked his lips and lowered his head slightly fully intending to kiss David when two children jumped on him.

*G*!!!

July 31, 2011 by Angela

Jason and David are still on break this week. But my Cover! Blurb! and Excerpt! is up over on my works page! so check it out!

Last week Tony revealed who he really was to Bryar. This week we back up a bit to when they first met and we find out why Bryar was so upset:

 *~*

“I was named after my father, it’s boring and pompous, so everyone calls me Tony.”

“What’s your real name?” she asked.

“I don’t make me say it. I really do hate it.”

“Alright Tony, no more skeletons in your closet I need to know about?”

Tony shook his head smiling, “Nope not a one.”

*~*

Oooo!!! I think there was a whole lot that Tony wasn’t telling her!!!

Six Sentence Sunday #6

Giving David and Jason a break this week and posting from my new #wip “Princess by Surprise”

In this scene, Bryar learns who Tony really is, and why he wants to control who adopts their baby.

*~*

“My real name is His Royal Highness Prince Antonio Edward Phillip Eddington of New Zealand, the Third. That baby you’re carrying has royal blood and there is no way you’re adopting him to some strangers.”

Bryar felt that sink in for a moment, finally, she replied, “I have no idea what you talking about, anyone could be this baby’s father, I must have slept with ten different men when I was sleeping with you.  Now get out I never want to see you again.”

Bryar stormed over to the door and opened it. She tried not feel a guilty satisfaction at seeing Tony’s heart ripped open, she slammed the door behind his lying ass before collapsing against it and bursting into tears.

*~*

OUCH!! Never mess with a pregnant woman!!

So today’s six again comes from “Boots on the Ground” Two weeks ago we heard part of Jason’s wedding vows, and last week we heard David’s.

For this week’s six well… Don’t kill me ok?

*~*

“Bastard,” she whispered. “Just fuck me already.”

David slide up her body and propped himself up on his elbows, one of her legs hooked around the back of his knee. He was just about to enter her when she stopped him. “We need to be safe,” she reminded him.

Shit, he didn’t know if he had any condoms him and Jason had stopped using them last year.

“If you had of told me two years ago that I would be standing here today marrying my best friend I would have laughed at you,” he started, “but here I am. I am marrying my best friend, my confidante and my soul mate. I love you Jason Christopher McCarthy,” David stopped to clear his throat. “I am so grateful that I have you. Every day when I look at you I think it was some miracle, some gift of fate that brought us together.  I have no idea what my life would be like without you and I pray I will never have to find out.”
